PhotoColors — local image decoder notices

Image files are processed on the user's device. Decoder assets are served from
this same website, without uploading user images. Libraries are provided without
warranty. The PhotoColors application does not restrict modification or reverse
engineering of the LGPL library for debugging such modifications.

Clone the build repository recursively at v1.23.5 (archives do not include
submodules). Follow its WASM workflow, including install-ci-linux.sh,
prepare-ci.sh, run-ci.sh with USE_WASM=1, and dist-prep.sh. Then use the wrapper
repository's scripts/install.js to package that build. Preserve all upstream
licenses, source references and replacement instructions when redistributing.
To use a compatible replacement locally, replace the two files in public/codecs/
heif/ after npm ci (postinstall restores the pinned originals), then npm run build.
There is no hash enforcement preventing replacement of these decoder files.

TIFF decoder code is bundled into a lazy local worker chunk by Webpack.

Other application dependencies retain their own license notices in the project
package distribution. The bundled sample photograph has a separate attribution
record at /images/ATTRIBUTION.md.
